All proceeds from the event will benefit the Canadian Federation of the Blind, a local nonprofit organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When:<\/strong>  Friday, August 19, 2011, 7:00pm<br \/>\n<strong>Where:<\/strong> Hermann\u2019s Jazz Club, 753 View Street, Victoria, BC<br \/>\n<strong>Admission:<\/strong> $10 in advance \/ $12 at the door<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n&#8220;We invite people to come listen to great music, have some fun and help raise money for our organization,&#8221; says Elizabeth Lalonde, president of the Canadian Federation of the Blind.<\/p>\n<p>Haneman, who is legally blind, will perform with Montreal-based folk\/rock band, Robbie Sinclair &#038; the Beggars Laughing, as part of their national CD release tour. Blind singer and bass-guitar-player, Karyn Christensen, and local folk \/ rock singer\/songwriter, Kaya Fraser, will also perform at the concert.<\/p>\n<p>Admission at the door is $12.
